Standard Delivery
Standard delivery costs £3.99 and usually takes between 3-5 days. We use the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service for our Standard Delivery. If you qualify for free delivery because the value of your order is over £50, it will be despatched using Standard Delivery. However, if the value of your order is over £100 it will be sent by our courier, unless you have paid for Next Day Delivery.
Our Standard Delivery is a signed for service. If you are out and there is no one to sign for the parcel at the delivery address, Royal Mail may leave it with a neighbour. If your parcel is left with a neighbour, Royal Mail will leave a calling card informing you of this. If Royal Mail are unable to leave the parcel with a neighbour they will leave you a calling card informing you that they are holding your parcel at a local depot. It is your responsibility to collect the parcel or arrange redelivery with Royal Mail.
Next Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery costs £7.99. For our Next Day Delivery service we use Royal Mail Special Delivery. You will receive your order by 1pm the next working day, depending upon the time you placed your order.
Next Day Delivery orders will be delivered before 1pm the next working day. If your order is placed Monday - Thursday before 1pm it will be despatched the same day and will be delivered the next day. Orders that are placed after 1pm will be despatched on the next working day. Therefore, if an order is placed after 1pm on Friday, Saturday or Sunday it will be despatched on the following Monday or the next working day in the case of bank holidays. Please note that orders placed before 1pm on a Friday will not be guaranteed for Saturday delivery, but will arrive on Monday or the next working day in the case of bank holidays. Please note that for orders placed before 1pm on Friday 21st December 2012, they will not be despatched until Monday 24th December

If you have chosen Next Day Delivery, Royal Mail will require a signature at your address. If there is no one at your address to sign for it, your parcel will be returned to a Royal Mail depot and you will be left a calling card with instructions detailing what to do next. It is your responsibility to arrange redelivery with the royal mail or to pick up the parcel from the depot.
Free Delivery
If you qualify for free delivery because the value of your order is over £50, it will be sent using our Standard Delivery service. However, if the value of your order is over £100 it will be sent by our courier unless you have paid for Next Day Delivery. If your order is sent by our courier and there is no one at your address when the delivery is made, your parcel may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. However, if there is nowhere suitable for your parcel to be left, you will be left a calling card and your parcel will be held at the courier's depot. Further attempts to deliver will be made, but we recommend that you contact the depot to arrange redelivery/collection at a time that is convenient to you.
Republic of Ireland Delivery
Delivery to the Republic of Ireland costs £8.99, and is despatched using our courier service. Parcels should take between 2-3 working days to arrive. If there is no one at your address when the delivery is made, your parcel may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. However, if there is nowhere suitable for your parcel to be left, you will be left a calling card and your parcel will be held at the courier's depot. Further attempts to deliver will be made, but we recommend that you contact the depot to arrange redelivery/collection at a time that is convenient to you.
