1. Introduction

Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they are the terms of which (you) the customer agrees to purchase items (the items) from Stonemanor Ltd trading as Apricot (the company). No other terms or representations shall form part of these conditions unless agreed in writing between you and the Company. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

2. Purchasing From Us

Ordering at Apricot online is fast and secure. To place and order just follow the steps on-line

Sagepay ensures that your payment is handled in an easy, safe and secure manner. After every transaction completed you will receive a confirmation email with a reference number relating to your order. Please keep this safe in case you have a query.

Your card will be debited on completion of checkout.

We accept:

We do not accept American Express or Diner Club.

The items on this website are for you to purchase by placing an order with the company. The company has the right to refuse orders and no contract will subsist between you and the company unless and until the company accepts you order via email, and dispatched the item or items to you.

All items are subject to availability. If the company does not supply the items to you for any reason, the company will not charge you for these items, and will refund back any money already paid for these items. The company will not be held responsible for compensating you for any other losses that you may suffer if the company does not supply the items.

3. Colours

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear online. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

4. delivery

Standard delivery 
We currently deliver within the UK & Channel Isles and Republic of Ireland. A signature will be required from the delivery address. Parcels cannot be left in porches or with neighbours. If you are not at home, a note will be left by the postman/delivery driver and you can arrange a redelivery or collect from your local post office/sorting office.

UK & Channel Isles Standard Delivery
All orders are despatched via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery within the UK & Channel Isles. Recorded Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days from despatch, and costs £3.95.In the unlikely event your item is not delivered within this timescale, the item is not considered lost until 15 working days have elapsed.Please note that orders are only processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed after midday on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.

UK Express Delivery
If you wish to guarantee delivery within 2 working days for your order, we provide a courier service, costing £8.95. For express delivery your order must be placed before the midday deadline Monday to Thursday.Please note we do not provide an express delivery service for orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Express delivery orders made on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will all be despatched the following Monday. Express delivery guarantees that you will recieve your order by 5.30 within 2 working days of the order being placed. Please note this service does not deliver outside UK*, to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses. If you choose this method but your address cannot be serviced by the courier we reserve the right to change delivery method.* For express deliveries to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands please allow 3 days for this method of delivery.  

Republic of Ireland Delivery
Deliveries to Republic of Ireland usually take 3-5 days, costing £9.50.

Delays In Delivery
Delays are sometimes out of the companies hands. The company shall not be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses cause by any delay in the delivery of the items.
If you have not received the items within 28 days of placing the order you may contact the company by email quoting your reference number and cancel that order. The company will refund the money paid out to you in relation to that order

5. Pricing & Your Right To Cancel

The prices for the items are as indicated on the website and these prices include applicable sales tax and duty. The cost of any order must be paid in full upfront by you the consumer using a credit or debit card to the company.

While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods you will receive a full refund.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down. If for this and any other reason the items are not acceptable, the company must be notified in writing within 7 working days of receiving the item(s), and the item(s) may be returned for a full refund on your debit or credit card. The item(s) must be returned within 7 working days of the cancellation with the original documentation and packaging as well as being in a new condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The company’s liability in respect of any defective items is limited to their replacement and their cost of return. The company will not be held liable for the loss in transit of any returned items. We advise you to ensure that items are adequately insured during any return journey. We would also advise you to use a courier or special delivery postal service if you are unable to deliver the items personally.

6.Incorrect or unsuitable goods

It is the responsibility of you the customer to inspect the items upon receipt. The company will not be held liable for the loss or damage during transit unless you notify the company of the nature of the damage within 7 days of the delivery date.

There will be no refund or exchange for damage cause by accident, neglect or misuse. We reserve the right to credit the customer with the value of lost or damaged products at our sole discretion.

If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase you made via our website, please return the item or items to be received by us in their original condition*. We will only issue a refund for items received by us within 30 days of despatch from our warehouse. Sale items must be received by us within 14 days of despatch from our warehouse.

* Returned items should be unworn, unwashed, in sellable condition, and with all Apricot garment tags still attached. If items received by us show signs of being worn, washed, used, or are in an otherwise unsellable condition, a refund will not be issued and the item(s) will be returned.

7. Privacy

At Apricot we take the security of our website and your data extremely seriously. As such the information below is provided so as to set out our data protection policy.

Apricot does not capture and store any personal information about individuals who access this website, except in the case where we track anonymous traffic statistics for our internal use and where you voluntarily choose to give us your personal details by email, or by enquiring about or ordering any of our services.

In these latter cases, the personal information you give us is used exclusively by Apricot & IPC Media Ltd. Which in tern provides you with current and future information about our products and services and any other services described on this website. We never pass any of your personal data to outside of Apricot & IPC Media Ltd.

You have a right to know about the personal information Apricot holds about you. You also have a right to have your data corrected or deleted. Please address all your requests and/or queries about our data protection policy to orders@apricot100.com
