UK standard delivery costs £4.99 and we aim to deliver your parcel between 3 - 5 working days. We use the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Please note Free Standard Delivery for orders above £50 applies only to orders shipped with Evri Standard Delivery. Where Royal Mail Standard Delivery is selected as a shipping method, the standard shipping fee of £4.99 will be applied.
If you are out and there is no one available to sign for the parcel at your chosen delivery address, a "Something for you..." Royal Mail calling card will be left explaining that they are holding your parcel at their local depot, have left this with a neighbour or in your previously-nominated "safe place". It is your responsibility to collect the parcel from Royal Mail or to arrange a re-delivery (link opens in new window) in these circumstances.
UK Standard Delivery costs £3.99, and we aim to deliver your parcel within 3-5 working days. In addtion to Royal Mail's service, we are trialling the Evri Mail Tracked 48 service. If your order totals £50 or more, after any discounts, you automatically qualify for FREE standard UK delivery. Please note that £50 above Free UK Standard Delivery is valid on full price items only. All sale items will be excluded from this promotion. The postage cost will be adjusted when you view your online shopping bag. This process is automatic when spending £50 or more, so no code entry is required by you to get free delivery.
UK next day delivery costs £8.99 and is a signed-for service for the next working day*. We use Royal Mail's Special Delivery service for this. Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday: Dispatched the same working day in order to arrive the next working day.
Orders placed after 1pm Monday to Thursday: Dispatched the following working day, this means that delivery will usually take two days.
If you are out and there is no one available to sign for the parcel at your chosen delivery address, a "Something for you..." We aim to deliver your parcel within 4-10 working days†. We use DPD Tracked & Signed service for these deliveries. Shipping to the United States is free for orders above $150.00 USD. Please note that for US orders above $400.00 the shipping cost is no longer free and is applied at cost.
Shipping to Canada is free for orders above $190.00 CAD. Your parcel can be tracked up to delivery and a signature will be required upon receipt. You may have to cover the costs of customs or duty charges on delivery of your items. Please note that for CA orders above $500.00 the shipping cost is no longer free and is applied at cost.
