These conditions govern our relationship with you. Any changes to these conditions must be in writing and signed by both parties. In this way, we can avoid any problems surrounding what apricotonline.co.uk/apricotonline.com (Stonemanor Limited) and you are expected to do. You confirm that, in agreeing to accept these conditions, you have not relied on any representation save insofar as the same has expressly been made a term of these conditions and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any representation. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions. Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude our liability in respect of any fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation whether or not such has become a term of the conditions.

REPRESENTATION AND COLOUR

We go to great lengths to accurately present our collections, however from time to time due to individual users’ monitors, resolutions and settings, items may appear differently. We are unable, as such, to accept any liability for colour misrepresentation and strongly advise customers to contact us directly first before making a purchase if you have concerns.

PRICES

All prices shown on our site are inclusive of VAT for the UK. For shipping destinations outside of the UK, we have partnered with FLOW who will provide the detailed breakdown and information for the respective country at checkout. Delivery charges are also applied at the point of checkout depending on the desired delivery method and destination country.

PAYMENT & SECURITY

All online orders require full payment at the time of being placed. This can be done using our automated checkout. Our secure payment partners in the UK are Barclaycard Smartpay, Clearpay and PayPal and FLOW for all International orders. FLOW provides local payment methods relevant to the country you’d like the order to be shipped to. All our payment providers take full responsibility for capturing and storing your payment information on their secure servers. We accept the following payment cards in the UK:

For your extra protection 3D Secure is used by Visa (VbV), and SecureCode by MasterCard. VbV and SecureCode require a personal password for extra security which you can create if this is your first time making an online purchase. We are also unable to accept concession store cards or gift vouchers these include New Look, Outfit and Beales, etc. However, our website is able to process gift cards issued by Apricot standalone stores.

Estimated delivery times are provided in our delivery section. Please be aware whilst we do our best to honour the lead times quoted they are only estimates and are not contractual..

DELIVERY

All website orders will be delivered to the address you provide at the time you place your order online. If your delivery details change prior to dispatch please email us at cs@apricotonline.co.ukPlease note once an order has been dispatched we cannot change the delivery address.
There may be additional charges for you to pay when your order arrives in Europe after BREXIT. All orders are shipped from the UK, so some international orders may have to pay additional duties and taxes.
The purchaser is responsible for paying these and these are normally calculated for you within your shopping experience on our site.
We have partnered with FLOW which provides a seamless shopping experience for all International orders.

DELIVERY TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS

We are pleased to arrange delivery of your order to an address that is different from your credit or debit card billing address but, if you have not purchased from us before, we may contact you before we process your order to verify that your credit or debit card is not being used fraudulently.

MULTIPLE DELIVERIES

Where possible we will always group your order and ship it together, however, this may not always be possible and as such we reserve the right to dispatch items separately.

DELIVERY NOTIFICATION

When your order is ready to ship we will advise you by email. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the nominated address. Failed deliveries will be returned to a local depot and our delivery agents will leave a calling card. If you have received a calling card please follow the instructions on it from our delivery agents.

FAILED DELIVERIES

Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, orders are returned to us. In these instances, we reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS

In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect please notify our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt by email to cs@apricotonline.co.uk or by raising a customer service ticket within your online account, by clicking here.

CONCESSION PURCHASES

If you have purchased an item from one of our concessions and believe it to be faulty please contact the store where the item was purchased directly. If you are unsure of the concession's location or their contact details, you can find this on your purchase receipt or your credit card statement.

RETURNING AN ITEM

You can cancel by sending an email to cs@apricotonline.co.uk or by raising a customer service ticket within your online account, clicking here. Please ensure you include details of your name, address, order number and the details about the item(s) you wish to return.

When returning an item(s) you are able to choose our free returns service via post or you can return an online order by visiting one of our Apricot standalone stores. You may arrange your own return outside of our free service, however in this case, we will not be liable for the costs incurred. All returns should be received and signed for by us within 28 days of the original delivery date.

Please note that gift vouchers are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Upon receipt of your return, all items will be inspected and a full refund excluding postage will be processed. Refunds may take up to 14 days to be completed. We are unable to accept any liability resulting from card issuers’ terms of use or 3rd party payment providers.

Refunds may also be subject to the following deductions -

  • Damage in transit
  • Lost in transit.
  • Goods returned beyond a reasonable period of time.
  • Not returned in original condition.

EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our control.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

It is not possible to cancel or make changes to your order once it has been placed. If you wish to add more items to your order, the quickest and simplest way to do this is to place a separate order for these additional items. If you would like to change the details of the delivery address specified when placing the order, please contact our customer services team as soon as possible, you can do this either by emailing us on cs@apricotonline.co.uk or by raising a customer service ticket within your online account. We will aim to address this as quickly as possible. If your order has already been dispatched or delivered to you, you will need to follow our online returns policy in the event of receiving any unwanted or unsuitable items.

OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER

Sometimes we are unable to complete customer orders. If we need to cancel your order we will contact you by email. No contract will exist between you and Apricotonline.co.uk until we confirm your order via email, and have dispatched your order/items to you.

THIRD PARTY RIGHTS

A person who is not a party to this contract has no right under the UK Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this contract but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act.

INVALIDITY

If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

Social Media Giveaway Terms & Conditions

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "the Company" refers to Apricot Clothing whose Instagram handle is @apricot_clothing. The ‘Prize’ refers to the item mentioned in the caption of the post. By entering the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entries must be received by the date mentioned in the post. One (1) winner in Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) will be selected at random by the Company on the date mentioned in the caption and the winner will be notified on or after this date.

Eligibility: This Giveaway is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) and who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

Entry Period:  N/A

How to enter: During the Entry Period, visit the Instagram [@apricot_clothing] or the Facebook [@ApricotClothing] page of the Company and follow the instructions under the Giveaway post. Each entrant shall enter the competition via Instagram and follow the Company’s Instagram page [@apricot_clothing], like the Giveaway post and comment under the Giveaway post which item is more appealing to them. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.

Limitations on Entries: No third-party entry or entry through any giveaway service is permitted. The use of robotic entry devices is strictly prohibited. Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted. Apricot employees cannot enter the giveaway.

Prizes: One (1) prize will be awarded which consist of the item mentioned in the comment section under the Giveaway post. The Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted. The Prize is awarded ‘as is’ with no warranty or guarantee. In the event that the required size is not available, the winner will be gifted the equivalent amount to the prize in online store credit for which the winner will need to create an account on www.apricotonline.co.uk.

Drawing: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries collected during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Company, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are final and binding in all respects. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained an unfair advantage in the Giveaway, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. If the winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with Giveaway rules, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be awarded the Prize in a separate random drawing. The winner will be notified by the direct message on Instagram. The inability of the Company to contact the winner on Instagram within a week after selection, may result in the disqualification of winner and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing at the Company’s discretion. The prize will be sent to the winner by Royal Mail within fourteen (14) days after the winner has been notified, accepted the Prize and provided Apricot staff their valid shipping address. If the Prize is returned as undeliverable, then the Prize will be forfeited and another winner will be randomly drawn. The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to the Company if requested and will be used only for delivery purposes.

General Terms: By entering this Giveaway, you promise to abide by the Social Media Giveaway Terms & Conditions and decisions of the Company, which will be final and binding in all respects. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time. Winner’s Name. The winner’s social media username will be posted in a story on the Instagram profiles of the company and saved in one highlight after the winner has been selected.
